How Do I Change the Text Color on My Avatar Slider Widget in Feedspace?
Overview
The Avatar Slider widget presents each testimonial one at a time, centering the reviewer’s avatar prominently alongside the review title, body text, reviewer name, date, and metadata. Because the avatar draws the eye first, the surrounding text needs to be legible and visually consistent to keep readers focused on the content rather than distracted by poor contrast.
Feedspace gives you two dedicated color pickers inside the Widget Color Customization section to control exactly this. The Primary Text Color sets the color of the review title and body text, while the Secondary Text Color sets the color of the reviewer name, date, and any metadata displayed below the review. Adjusting these two colors lets you match your brand palette precisely and ensures the text stays readable against whatever card background color you have chosen for the widget.

Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the main sidebar menu.

Step 3: Go to the Design Tab
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel to switch to the design customization options.
Step 4: Find the Widget Color Customization Section
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Color Customization section. This section contains the color pickers for controlling text appearance across the widget.
Step 5: Set the Primary Text Color

Step 7: Save and Preview Your Widget
Click Save to apply your changes. Use the live preview panel to confirm that both the primary and secondary text colors look correct as the Avatar Slider cycles through reviewer slides.
