The Company Logo Slider widget displays a continuously scrolling row of company logos pulled directly from your reviewers’ profiles. As each logo card moves across the slider, it can also show a star rating alongside the company name, giving visitors an immediate visual signal of how satisfied those businesses are with your product. Because the slider is compact and motion-based, every design element on each card needs to look polished and intentional.
The Widget Color Customization section of the Design tab provides two dedicated color pickers for the star icons on those cards. Star Rating Color controls the fill color of the stars themselves, and Star Rating Border Color controls the outline drawn around each star icon. Adjusting both options together lets you align the star icons precisely with your site’s color palette, so the scrolling logo row feels like a native part of your page rather than a generic embedded widget.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left-hand sidebar, click Widgets to open the Widgets dashboard. You will see a list of all the widgets you have created.
Locate the Company Logo Slider widget you want to update. Click the Edit button (or the pencil icon) on that widget’s card to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the panel. This tab contains all visual customization options for your widget, including layout, typography, and color settings.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Color Customization section. This section groups all color pickers for the Company Logo Slider widget in one place, including options for card backgrounds, text, borders, and star ratings.
Click the color swatch next to Star Rating Color to open the color picker. This controls the fill color of the star icons displayed on each logo card. Choose a color by entering a hex code, clicking a swatch, or using the hue and opacity sliders. The live preview updates immediately so you can see how the new fill color looks on the scrolling cards.
Click the color swatch next to Star Rating Border Color to open its color picker. This controls the outline drawn around each star icon. Setting this to a slightly darker or contrasting shade of your fill color creates a clean, defined look for the stars as they scroll across the widget. Enter a hex code or select a color from the picker, and confirm the result in the live preview.
Once you are satisfied with both color selections, click the Save button to apply the changes. The updated star rating fill and border colors are applied immediately to every embedded instance of your Company Logo Slider widget.
