The Avatar Card Carousel widget displays your testimonials as a horizontal sliding carousel where each slide shows a reviewer’s avatar alongside their name, rating, and review text. By default, the widget renders with a light background, which works well on most pages. When your website uses a dark theme or you want to embed the carousel on a dark-colored section, enabling Dark Mode switches the entire widget to a dark background and automatically adjusts the card colors, text, and avatar borders to remain clearly readable against that darker surface.
Enabling Dark Mode from the Widget Color Customization section means you do not need to manually override individual color settings for each card element. Feedspace applies a cohesive dark visual style across every slide in the carousel in one step, keeping your testimonials looking polished and on-brand on dark layouts.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left-hand navigation menu, click Widgets to open the list of all widgets you have created.
Find the Avatar Card Carousel widget you want to update. Click the Edit button (or the widget name) to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab. This tab contains all visual customization options for the carousel, including layout, typography, and color settings.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Color Customization section. This section groups all color-related controls for the carousel widget in one place.
Locate the Dark Mode toggle within the Widget Color Customization section and switch it on. The preview will update immediately, showing the carousel with a dark background and automatically adjusted card colors and text styles. Once you are satisfied with how the carousel looks, click Save to apply the changes.
