The Floating Cards widget displays your reviews as animated notification-style cards that gently float and drift across the screen, creating an eye-catching social proof effect for visitors. Because the cards animate across the full viewport, they work best on the wider screens of desktops and tablets where there is room for the cards to move without blocking content.
On mobile, the same floating animation can overlap navigation menus, form fields, and body text, making your page harder to use. The Hide on Mobile toggle in the Layout Design section lets you automatically suppress the Floating Cards widget on small screens while keeping the animated experience fully active for desktop and tablet visitors. This means you get the engagement benefits of floating review cards without compromising the mobile browsing experience.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left sidebar, click Widgets to open your list of created widgets.
Find the Floating Cards widget you want to update and click the Edit button (pencil icon) next to it. The widget editor will open.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel. This tab contains all visual and layout configuration options for your Floating Cards widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Layout Design section. This section contains display and visibility settings that are specific to how Floating Cards appear across different devices.
Inside the Layout Design section, find the Hide on Mobile toggle and switch it on. Once enabled, Feedspace will automatically hide the Floating Cards widget on mobile screen sizes. The widget will continue to float and animate normally for visitors on desktop and tablet devices. Click Save to apply the change.
