How Do I Remove Feedspace Branding from My Avatar Group Widget in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 12, 2026

Overview

The Avatar Group widget displays a compact cluster of reviewer avatars alongside a star rating count and a trust headline, giving visitors instant social proof in a small visual footprint. Because the widget is intentionally minimal, every element on it carries visual weight. By default, a small Feedspace badge appears at the base of the widget to indicate the platform powering it.

The Feedspace Branding toggle (found in the Branding section of the Design tab) lets you remove that badge entirely. Turning it off gives the Avatar Group a cleaner, fully branded look where only your reviewer avatars, star count, and trust headline are visible, with no third-party attribution interrupting the design. This option is a premium feature, indicated by the lightning bolt icon, and requires an eligible paid Feedspace plan to activate.

How to Remove Feedspace Branding from Your Avatar Group Widget

Step 1: Open the Widgets Section

Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the main sidebar. You will see a list of all the widgets you have created.

Step 2: Edit Your Avatar Group Widget

Locate the Avatar Group widget you want to update and click the edit icon next to it. This opens the widget editor where you can adjust its content and design settings.

Step 3: Go to the Design Tab

Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the panel. This tab contains all visual customisation options for your Avatar Group widget, including layout, colors, and branding settings.

Step 4: Find the Branding Section

Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Branding section. You will see the Feedspace Branding toggle along with a lightning bolt icon indicating it is a premium feature. If your account is on an eligible paid plan, the toggle will be available to interact with.

Step 5: Turn Off the Feedspace Branding Toggle

Click the Feedspace Branding toggle to turn it off. Once disabled, the Feedspace badge is removed from the Avatar Group widget. The live preview will update immediately so you can confirm the badge no longer appears alongside your reviewer avatars, star count, and trust headline. Save your changes to apply them to all published instances of the widget.

What You Can Do Next

  • Customise the trust headline text and star rating display in the Design tab to better match your brand voice.
  • Embed the updated Avatar Group widget on your landing page or pricing page to show clean, badge-free social proof.
  • Review which reviewers appear in the avatar cluster by updating the testimonials linked to the widget in the Content tab.
  • Explore other design options in the Design tab, such as avatar size, background color, and font styles, to align the widget fully with your site’s visual identity.
