How Do I Remove Feedspace Branding from My Floating Cards Widget in Feedspace?
Overview
The Floating Cards widget displays your customer reviews as animated notification-style cards that float and drift gently across the screen. Because each card occupies a compact, self-contained space, every element inside it is highly visible, including the small Feedspace badge that appears by default in the lower area of each card.
The Feedspace Branding toggle, found in the Branding section of the Design tab, lets you remove that badge entirely. Without the badge, each floating card shows only your reviewer’s name, photo, rating, and testimonial text, keeping the focus on social proof rather than the platform powering it. This gives your widget a cleaner, more professional appearance that feels native to your own brand. The option is a premium feature (indicated by the lightning bolt icon) and requires an eligible paid plan.
How to Remove Feedspace Branding from Your Floating Cards Widget
Step 1: Open the Widgets Section
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left-hand navigation, click Widgets to open your list of existing widgets.
Step 2: Edit Your Floating Cards Widget
Find the Floating Cards widget you want to update. Click the Edit button (or the pencil icon) next to it to open the widget editor.
Step 3: Go to the Design Tab
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel. This tab contains all visual customisation options for your Floating Cards widget, including layout, colours, typography, and branding controls.
Step 4: Locate the Branding Section
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Branding section. You will see the Feedspace Branding toggle. Note the lightning bolt icon next to it, which indicates this is a premium feature available on eligible paid plans.
Step 5: Turn Off the Feedspace Branding Toggle
Click the Feedspace Branding toggle to turn it off. When disabled, the Feedspace badge is removed from every floating card in your widget. The live preview on the right side of the editor will update immediately so you can see how the cards look without the badge. Once you are satisfied, click Save to apply the change.
What You Can Do Next
- Adjust the card animation speed and drift direction in the Design tab to match the pace of your page.
- Customise the card colours, font, and corner radius in the Design tab so the floating cards blend seamlessly with your website’s visual style.
- Filter which reviews appear in your Floating Cards widget by updating the source settings, so only your highest-rated testimonials are displayed.
- Copy the updated embed code from the widget editor and replace the existing snippet on your website to publish the branding-free version live.
