How Do I Select Reviews for My Strip Slider Widget in Feedspace?

The Strip Slider widget displays your reviews in a compact horizontal strip of cards that slides continuously across the page. Because the strip is narrow by design, the reviews you choose matter more here than in any other widget type. Selecting the right set of short, punchy testimonials keeps the strip readable as it moves and makes the best use of the limited card space.

Inside the Strip Slider widget editor, the Select Reviews tab gives you two ways to choose which reviews appear: tick individual checkboxes next to each review, or use the Select All button to add every available review at once. Feedspace recommends 6 to 12 concise reviews for the Strip Slider, so the strip stays lively without becoming overwhelming.

How to Select Reviews for Your Strip Slider Widget

Step 1: Open Your Strip Slider Widget

Log in to Feedspace and navigate to the Widgets section from the left sidebar. Locate the Strip Slider widget you want to edit and click on it to open the widget editor.

Step 2: Go to the Select Reviews Tab

Inside the widget editor, click the Select Reviews tab. This tab lists all the reviews available in your workspace that can be added to the Strip Slider strip.

Step 3: Select Reviews Using Individual Checkboxes

Scan through the list and tick the checkbox next to each review you want to include in the strip. For the Strip Slider, focus on reviews that are short and punchy. Long testimonials are harder to read on narrow sliding cards, so prioritise reviews of one to three sentences. Aim to select between 6 and 12 reviews for the best visual result.

Step 4: Use Select All to Add Every Review at Once

If you want to include all available reviews without ticking each one individually, click the Select All button at the top of the list. All reviews will be checked in a single click. You can then deselect any reviews that are too long or not suitable for the compact strip format by unchecking their individual checkboxes.

Step 5: Save Your Widget

Once you are satisfied with your selection, click Save to apply the changes. The Strip Slider will immediately reflect the reviews you have chosen, and the sliding strip will cycle through them on your embedded page.
