The Cross Slider widget displays your reviews in a full-focus format, where each review card takes center stage as it transitions in with a cross-directional slide animation. Because only one review is visible at a time, every element on that card carries more visual weight than in a grid or carousel layout. The Show Review Ratings toggle, found in the Widget Content Customization section, lets you decide whether star ratings appear on each full-focus card alongside the review text and reviewer information, or whether only the text and reviewer details are shown.
Turning ratings on adds instant credibility signals directly below the reviewer name on each focused card, helping visitors assess review quality at a glance. Turning ratings off creates a cleaner, text-first presentation that can work well when your reviews are long and detailed, or when visual simplicity is a priority for the page where the widget is embedded.
Log in to your Feedspace account and navigate to the Widgets section from the left-hand sidebar. You will see a list of all the widgets you have created.
Locate the Cross Slider widget you want to update and click the Edit button for that widget. This opens the widget editor where you can adjust all layout and content settings.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab at the top of the settings panel. This tab contains all visual and layout customization options for your Cross Slider widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section contains toggles that control which elements appear on each review card in your Cross Slider widget.
Find the Show Review Ratings toggle within the Widget Content Customization section and set it to your preferred state:
Once you have set the toggle, save your changes. The widget on your site will reflect the updated setting immediately after saving.
