The Cross Slider widget presents each review as a full-focus card, cycling through your testimonials one at a time with cross-directional slide transitions. Because every card occupies the full spotlight, visitors read the review content in isolation, which makes the source of that review especially meaningful. The Show Social Platform Icon option in the Widget Content Customization section adds the logo of the originating platform, such as Google, Trustpilot, or Facebook, directly onto each card.
With the icon visible, every card communicates not just what a reviewer said but where they said it, reinforcing credibility without requiring visitors to read any extra copy. A nested Social Redirection toggle takes this a step further: when enabled, clicking the platform icon opens the original review on that platform in a new tab, giving visitors a direct path to verify the review themselves. Together these two settings transform each Cross Slider card from a static quote into a transparent, verifiable social proof unit.
Log in to your Feedspace account. In the left navigation panel, click Widgets to open the list of all your existing widgets.
Locate the Cross Slider widget you want to update. Click the Edit button (or the pencil icon) next to that widget to open the widget editor.
Inside the widget editor, click the Design tab. This tab contains all visual and content customization settings for the Cross Slider widget.
Scroll down within the Design tab until you reach the Widget Content Customization section. This section groups together all toggles that control what information appears on each review card.
Toggle on Show Social Platform Icon. Once enabled, the logo of the review platform (Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and so on) will appear on each card in your Cross Slider widget. A preview in the editor updates immediately so you can see how the icon looks on the card layout.
After enabling the platform icon, a nested Social Redirection toggle becomes available directly beneath it. Turn this on if you want the platform icon to be clickable. When a visitor clicks the icon, they are taken to the original review on the source platform in a new browser tab. Leave it off if you prefer the icon to be decorative only.
Click Save (or Update) to apply your settings. The Cross Slider widget on your site will now display the social platform icon on each review card, and, if you enabled Social Redirection, visitors can click the icon to view the review at its source.
