The Show Label setting in your Floating Badge widget’s Content Customization section controls the short piece of text that sits beside the star rating, and lets you write that text yourself.
A number on its own leaves the reader to interpret it. A few words next to it does the interpreting for them, which is why most badges read something like “Excellent on Google” rather than showing four and a half stars alone.
This setting lives inside an existing widget, so you need a Floating Badge already created. If you do not have one yet, start with how to add a Floating Badge widget in Feedspace.
Open Feedspace and select Widgets from the left sidebar. On the card for your Floating Badge, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
Click the Design tab in the editor header, then scroll the settings panel down to Content Customization.
Switch Show Label on. A text box appears, already filled in with the label your badge would show based on your current rating and platform, such as “Excellent on Google”.
Keep the suggested wording, or clear the box and type your own. The field holds up to 26 characters, which keeps the badge compact enough to sit over your page without crowding it. The live preview updates as you type so you can see how it reads next to the stars.
Click Save and Next to save the Design settings.
With the wording settled, you can choose a display language for the badge, or go back to the position and size settings to finish placing it on your page.
Feedspace fills it in with the label your badge would display based on your rating and the platform behind it, so the box starts with something sensible rather than empty. Replace it with your own wording whenever you prefer.

The label Feedspace suggests is written in the language you picked under Choose Language, so a badge set to Spanish is not reset to English wording. Anything you type yourself stays exactly as you typed it.
