Reviews you import into Feedspace keep a record of where they came from. On an Avatar Slider widget, the Show Social Platform Icon toggle shows that platform’s small icon with each review, and Social Redirection decides whether clicking it opens the original platform.
A recognisable platform icon tells visitors the review is real and was posted somewhere public, which is extra reassurance for sceptical buyers.
Click Widgets, then the Edit (pencil) icon on your Avatar Slider, then Design. Scroll to Widget Content Customization.
Switch on Show Social Platform Icon. Its description reads “Turn off this option to hide social platform icon from your reviews.”
Social Redirection appears under it. Leave it on to let visitors click through to the platform, or turn it off to keep them on your page.
Click Save & Next.
It only appears while Show Social Platform Icon is on. Turn that on first and Social Redirection shows beneath it.
