Can Each Team Member Have Their Own Login in Feedspace?

Overview

Yes. Everyone you invite to your Feedspace workspace signs in as themselves, with their own email address. Feedspace sends a one-time sign-in code to that address, or they use their own Google account, so there is no shared password to pass around and no single login the whole team works from.

This is important for agencies or teams where multiple people manage review collection, Feedbox moderation, or widget updates, and each person needs their own separate access to the workspace.

How to invite a team member

1. Sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin and click Settings in the left sidebar under the Workspace section.
2. Click Team Members in the settings navigation. The Team page opens showing the invite form and the current members list.
3. In the Invite Team Members section, type the new member’s email address into the email input field.
4. Choose a role from the dropdown: Admin to manage team members and workspace settings, Editor to add, edit, and delete forms, pages, and widgets, or Viewer to view and share them without changing anything. 5. Click Invite. An invitation email is sent to that address. The member appears in the table with a Pending or Sent status badge until they accept.
6. Once the invited person accepts and signs in, their status changes to Active.

What’s next

After inviting team members, they can sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin using their own credentials and access the workspace according to their assigned role. If an invitation expires or the member has not accepted, you can click Re-Invite in the team members table to send a fresh invitation to that email address.

Common questions

Can I remove a team member from the workspace?

Yes. On the Team Members tab, click the bin icon on their row and confirm with Yes, Revoke Access. They lose access straight away, and you can invite them again later. The workspace owner cannot be removed.

Can a team member be part of more than one workspace?

Yes. Invitations are per workspace, so switch to each workspace and send an invite from its own Team Members tab. They then reach all of them from the one login.
