Yes, Feedspace lets you export your entire customer list, or a filtered subset of it, as a CSV file. The exported file includes all key customer details and is ready to open in any spreadsheet application or import into another tool.
How to Export Your Customer List
- Log in to your Feedspace account.
- In the left sidebar, click Customers under the Workspace section.
- Optionally, apply one or more filters (by tag, status, source, or date added) to narrow the list to the customers you want to export. If you skip this step, all customers in the list will be included in the export.
- Click the Export button at the top of the Customers page.
- Feedspace generates the file and your browser downloads it automatically. The file is saved in CSV format.
What Is Included in the Export
The downloaded CSV file contains one row per customer and includes the following fields:
- Name: The customer’s full name.
- Email: The customer’s email address.
- Phone: The customer’s phone number, if recorded.
- Company: The company name associated with the customer, if recorded.
- Tags: All tags assigned to the customer.
- Status: Whether the customer is active or archived.
- Source: How the customer was added (manually, CSV import, incoming webhook, or an integration).
- Date Added: The date the customer was added to your workspace.
What You Can Do with the Export
- Back up your customer list: Keep an offline copy of all your contacts as a safety measure.
- Import into an email marketing tool: Upload the CSV to platforms like Mailchimp, Kit, or Brevo to run targeted campaigns.
- Share with a team member: Send the file to a colleague who needs access to the contact list outside Feedspace.

Important Note About Filtered Exports
The export always reflects the current view. If you have active filters applied when you click Export, only the customers visible in the filtered list are included in the downloaded file. If you want to export all customers, make sure to clear any active filters before clicking Export.
Common Questions
Can I export only customers with a specific tag?
Yes. Use the tag filter to show only customers with the tag you want, then click Export. The downloaded file will contain only those filtered customers.
Can I export archived customers?
Yes. Apply the status filter and select Archived to view archived customers, then click Export. You can also select Active to export only active customers, or clear the status filter to export all customers regardless of status.
Is there a limit on how many customers I can export?
There is no documented export limit. The Export button generates a file containing all customers in the current view, whether that is a handful of contacts or thousands of records.
