How Do I Add More Workspaces in Feedspace?

Overview

Every Feedspace plan comes with a set number of workspaces. When you reach that limit, a warning appears: “You’ve maxed out the number of workspaces you can create.” You have two ways to get more workspace slots: upgrade to a higher plan, or purchase a workspace add-on without changing your current plan.

Option 1: Upgrade Your Plan

Upgrading to a higher plan increases your workspace allowance along with other plan limits such as storage, forms, and feature access.

1. Click your profile avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click Subscription from the menu.
3. Click the Upgrade Plan button in the Current Plan section.
4. On the Plans page, choose the plan that includes the number of workspaces you need.
5. Click Upgrade on that plan card and complete the payment flow. Your new workspace allowance is available immediately after payment.

Option 2: Buy a Workspace Add-On

If you want to stay on your current plan but need one more workspace slot, you can purchase a workspace add-on directly from the Subscription page.

1. Click your profile avatar or name at the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click Subscription from the menu.
3. Scroll down to the Need more Workspace? section.
4. Click Get Workspace and complete the purchase. An additional workspace slot is added to your account without changing your current plan.

After Adding a Workspace Slot

Once you have an available workspace slot, you can create a new workspace right away.

1. Open the workspace switcher at the top of the left sidebar.
2. Click Create new workspace.
3. Enter a name and optional description, then click Create Now.

Common Questions

Which option should I choose?

If you need more workspaces and would also benefit from higher storage, more forms, or additional features, upgrading your plan is the better value. If you only need one extra workspace and are satisfied with your current plan limits, the workspace add-on is the more targeted choice.

I do not see the “Need more Workspace?” section

This section appears on the Subscription page when your plan supports workspace add-ons. If you are on the Business plan, which includes unlimited workspaces, the add-on section will not be shown because no limit applies.

My workspace count still shows as maxed out after purchase

Refresh the page after completing your purchase. If the workspace slot has not appeared after a few minutes, contact support at support@feedspace.io with your payment confirmation.
