Overview
Every Feedspace plan includes a set number of workspace slots. When you use all of those slots, Feedspace prevents you from creating any additional workspaces until you increase your limit.
The message you will see
When you have used every workspace slot included in your plan, Feedspace displays the following message on the Subscription page:
You’ve maxed out the number of workspace you can create. Please upgrade your plan to create more workspaces and access other premium features.
This message appears as soon as your workspace count reaches the maximum allowed by your current plan.
What is blocked
Once the limit is reached, you cannot create any new workspaces. When you click Create New Workspace on the Workspaces page, Feedspace checks your plan limit and opens an upgrade prompt instead of the create form. You can keep working in your existing workspaces, and create more once you upgrade your plan.
What continues to work normally
Reaching your workspace limit does not affect anything inside your existing workspaces. All of the following continue to work without interruption:
- All existing workspaces and their data remain fully accessible.
- You can continue collecting reviews through your existing forms.
- Widgets, wall of love pages, and embeds keep working on your website.
- Review management, importing, and sharing features are all unaffected.
- Team members retain their access to the workspaces they are already a part of.
How to create more workspaces
To create more workspaces, upgrade to a plan with a higher workspace allowance. On the Subscription page, click Upgrade Plan, or click Get Workspace in the workspace usage card. Both open the Plans tab, where you choose a plan and complete the upgrade. Your new allowance is available immediately after payment.
Workspace limit vs form limit
This article is about how many workspaces you can create. That is a separate limit from how many forms you can create inside a single workspace. Each plan includes a set number of forms per workspace, and every form can capture video, audio, and text reviews together. If you reach the forms limit in one workspace, Feedspace shows an upgrade prompt when you try to add another form.
If you have hit a form limit rather than a workspace limit, you have two choices. You can upgrade to a plan that includes more forms per workspace, or you can add more workspaces and create the additional forms in a new workspace.
What’s next
- Go to the Subscription page in your Feedspace account to review your current workspace usage and available options.
- Use the Upgrade Plan button or the Get Workspace shortcut on the Subscription page to open the Plans tab and upgrade.
- Compare plan tiers if you also want access to other premium features alongside additional workspaces.
- Contact the Feedspace support team if you are unsure which option best fits your needs.
Common questions
I hit a form limit, not a workspace limit. What do I do?
If the message you saw was about creating more forms rather than more workspaces, you have reached your plan’s forms limit inside that workspace. You can upgrade to a plan that includes more forms per workspace, or create a new workspace and build the extra forms there. Both routes give you room for more forms.
