What Happens When I Reach My Workspace Limit in Feedspace?

Overview

Every Feedspace plan includes a set number of workspace slots. When you use all of those slots, Feedspace prevents you from creating any additional workspaces until you increase your limit. This article explains exactly what happens at that point, what continues to work normally, and how to unlock more workspaces.

The Warning You Will See

When you have used every workspace slot included in your plan, Feedspace displays the following message on the Subscription page:

You’ve maxed out the number of workspace you can create. Please upgrade your plan to create more workspaces and access other premium features.

This message appears as soon as your workspace count reaches the maximum allowed by your current plan.

What Is Blocked

Once the limit is reached, you cannot create any new workspaces. The option to add a new workspace will be unavailable until you either upgrade your plan or purchase an add-on to increase your workspace allowance.

What Continues to Work Normally

Reaching your workspace limit does not affect anything inside your existing workspaces. All of the following continue to work without interruption:

All existing workspaces and their data remain fully accessible.
You can continue collecting reviews through your existing forms.
Widgets, wall of love pages, and embeds keep working on your website.
Review management, importing, and sharing features are all unaffected.
Team members retain their access to the workspaces they are already a part of.

How to Create More Workspaces

You have two options for unlocking the ability to create additional workspaces:

Option 1: Upgrade Your Plan

Moving to a higher-tier plan increases your workspace allowance along with access to other premium features. Visit the Subscription page in your Feedspace account and select a plan that includes the number of workspaces you need.

Option 2: Buy a Workspace Add-On

If you want to stay on your current plan and simply need more workspace slots, use the Get Workspace button on the Subscription page to purchase a workspace add-on. This increases your workspace limit without requiring a full plan upgrade.

What You Can Do Next

Go to the Subscription page in your Feedspace account to review your current workspace usage and available options.
Click Get Workspace on the Subscription page to add individual workspace slots to your existing plan.
Compare plan tiers if you also want access to other premium features alongside additional workspaces.
