How to Request Account Deletion

Account deletion is handled by the Feedspace support team. To request it:

Log in to your Feedspace account.
Click the chat bubble icon in the bottom right corner of any page to open the support chat.
Tell the support team you want to permanently delete your account and confirm the email address on the account.
The team will verify your identity and process the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is permanently deleted:

All workspaces and their settings are removed.
All review forms are deleted.
All reviews in your Feedbox are permanently deleted.
All customer records are deleted.
All widgets and Wall of Love pages are removed.
Your profile and account credentials are erased.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Export all your reviews and data before requesting deletion.

Cancelling vs. Deleting

Cancelling your subscription moves your account to the Free plan but does not delete it. Your data stays in Feedspace indefinitely. If you want your account and all its data permanently removed, you must request deletion through support.

Before You Delete

Export all reviews as an Excel file to keep a local copy.
Remove any embedded Feedspace widgets from your website, since they will stop working after deletion.
Cancel your paid subscription first if you have one, to avoid future charges.
