Feedspace sells lifetime access plans through AppSumo. These plans are a one-time payment and never renew. Once you redeem your AppSumo deal, your account shows your tier name in the Subscription tab, and you keep access to your tier’s features indefinitely.
A common use case: a freelancer purchases a lifetime deal during an AppSumo promotion, then redeems it immediately to start collecting and sharing testimonials from their clients.
Complete your purchase on the AppSumo website. After payment, AppSumo sends a redemption email with a link to activate your deal on Feedspace.
Click the activation link from AppSumo. You’ll be directed to Feedspace to either create a new account or log in to an existing one. Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
Once connected, click the circular avatar button at the top-right of the header, then click Subscription in the profile dropdown. The My Account modal opens on the Subscription tab. You should see your AppSumo tier name displayed. If the plan isn’t showing after completing the steps, contact support@feedspace.io with your AppSumo order confirmation.
To see exactly what your AppSumo tier includes, click the avatar button at the top-right of the header, then click Plans in the profile dropdown. The AppSumo plans view shows your current tier, its feature list, and what the next tier adds.
Each AppSumo tier includes a set number of custom domains. If you’ve used all of them, the Subscription tab shows a Buy Now button in the custom domain usage section. Click it to purchase additional custom domain licenses. Each extra license adds one more domain slot to your account.
AppSumo tier upgrades are handled through the Feedspace support team. Click the avatar button at the top-right of the header, click Plans in the profile dropdown, then click the Talk to Team or Upgrade Now button shown in your AppSumo plan section. This opens the in-app chat. Let the team know which tier you want to upgrade to, and they’ll walk you through the process.
Once your plan is active, set up your workspace branding and add a custom domain if your tier includes one. See Custom domain features in Feedspace for the setup steps.
Make sure you used the activation link from AppSumo rather than going to the Feedspace signup page directly. If you already have a Feedspace account, log in with that account when you follow the activation link. If the plan still doesn’t appear, email support@feedspace.io with your AppSumo order ID and registered email.
If you see an error that suggests you’ve exceeded a limit that your tier should cover, contact support@feedspace.io. There may be a mismatch between your AppSumo tier and what’s applied to your account, which the team can correct.
Refunds for AppSumo purchases are handled by AppSumo’s refund policy, not by Feedspace directly. Contact AppSumo support within their refund window if you need a refund.
