What Is the Custom Domain Feature in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 29, 2026

Overview

The Custom Domain feature in Feedspace lets you host your reviews and testimonials under your own branded domain. Your visitors see your domain name in the URL instead of feedspace.io.

For example:

  • Custom domain: reviews.yourbrand.com

This helps create a professional, branded experience for your customers and builds trust.

Why use a custom domain?

  • Strengthen your brand identity
  • Increase customer trust and credibility
  • Provide a consistent experience between your website and reviews

To set up a custom domain, open Settings, then the Domain section, and add your chosen subdomain (like reviews.yourbrand.com). Then update your DNS by adding the CNAME record Feedspace shows, pointing your subdomain to app.feedspace.io at your domain provider. Once that is done, go back to Feedspace and click Verify Domain. After the domain activates, your reviews and Wall of Love load under your custom domain. For the full walkthrough, see how to add a custom domain in Feedspace.

Plan availability

The custom domain feature is available on the Feedspace plans that include it. If your current plan does not support it, an upgrade prompt appears when you open the Domain settings. On AppSumo plans, availability depends on your tier, and a custom domain can be added as a purchasable add-on. See how to redeem and manage your Feedspace AppSumo plan for details.

Common questions

Which plan includes a custom domain?

The custom domain feature is included on the Feedspace plans that support it. If you open the Domain settings on a plan without it, an upgrade prompt appears. On an AppSumo plan, whether it is included depends on your tier, and you can add it as a purchasable add-on. Check how to redeem and manage your Feedspace AppSumo plan to confirm what your tier covers.

Do my widget embeds need a custom domain?

No. You can embed Feedspace widgets on any website without a custom domain. The custom domain affects the public URL of your Wall of Love page and review form links, not the embed code you paste into your site.
