Overview
After you redeem an AppSumo lifetime deal, your Feedspace account should show your AppSumo tier name on the Subscription tab and give you that tier’s workspace, storage, and custom domain limits. If your account still shows the Free plan, or a tier lower than the one you bought, the plan has not mapped to the account you are logged in to yet.
This usually happens when a customer signs up on Feedspace first and redeems the AppSumo code into a different account, or logs in with a different email than the one used at redemption. The checks below help you confirm which account holds the deal, and how to get the tier corrected if it still looks wrong.
Steps to check why your plan looks wrong
Step 1: Confirm you redeemed the AppSumo code
Open the redemption email AppSumo sent you after purchase and make sure you followed the activation link to Feedspace. If you went to the Feedspace signup page directly instead of using that link, the deal is not attached to any account yet. Use the activation link from AppSumo to complete redemption.
Step 2: Log in with the same email you used at redemption
The deal applies to the exact Feedspace account you redeemed it into. If you have more than one Feedspace login, sign out and log back in with the email tied to your AppSumo redemption. Logging in to a different account shows that account’s plan, which may still be Free.
Step 3: Check your current plan on the Subscription tab
Click the circular avatar button at the top-right of the header, then click Subscription in the profile dropdown. The My Account modal opens on the Subscription tab, where your plan name, workspace usage, storage usage, and custom domain usage are shown. Confirm whether the tier name matches the deal you bought.
Step 4: Refresh and allow a short time after redeeming
If you have just redeemed or just upgraded a tier, reload the page so the Subscription tab reads your latest plan. Give it a short while after redemption for the tier to apply, then open the Subscription tab again.
Step 5: Contact support if the tier is still wrong
If the Subscription tab still shows Free or a lower tier than you purchased after refreshing, the team can correct the mapping on your account. Email support@feedspace.io with your AppSumo order ID and the email registered on your Feedspace account, and they will apply the right tier.

Common questions
I redeemed the code but my account still shows Free
Confirm you are logged in to the same account you redeemed the AppSumo code into, not a separate Feedspace login. If the email matches and it still shows Free after a page refresh, email support@feedspace.io with your AppSumo order ID and registered email so the team can attach the deal to your account.
My tier is right but the workspace or storage limit looks lower than expected
Each AppSumo tier has its own workspace, storage, and custom domain allowances. Open the Subscription tab to see the usage bars for your tier. If a limit is lower than what your tier should include, contact support@feedspace.io and the team can review the mapping.
Can I redeem the AppSumo code into a different account later?
The deal applies to the account you redeem it into. If you redeemed it into the wrong account, email support@feedspace.io with your AppSumo order ID and both email addresses so the team can help move it to the correct account.
