How Do I Submit Feedspace Testimonials from Notion via Pabbly Connect?

Last updated on July 22, 2026

Overview

Feedspace integrates with Notion through Pabbly Connect, allowing you to automatically submit testimonials to Feedspace whenever a new item is added to your Notion database. This is useful if your team collects customer feedback or form responses directly in Notion and wants to centralise them in Feedspace.

Automation through Pabbly Connect is available on Professional and Business plans in Feedspace, and requires an API key for connection.

Step 1: Create a workflow in Pabbly Connect

  1. Log in to Pabbly Connect, click + Create Workflow, then select Create from Scratch.
  2. Enter a Workflow Name (e.g., Notion to Feedspace Testimonials) in the Create Workflow dialog and click Create.
  3. Click Add Trigger, search for Notion in the Choose App field and select it.
  4. In the App Event dropdown, select New Database Item.
  5. Click Connect, select Add New Connection, then authorize Pabbly Connect to access your Notion workspace.
  6. Select the Notion Database where new entries should trigger the automation.
  7. Click Save & Send Test Request to confirm Pabbly Connect can read items from the database.

Step 2: Connect Feedspace as the action

  1. Log in to your Feedspace dashboard.
  2. Click Automation in the left sidebar, then click the Automation tab.
  3. Click the Copy button next to the Automation Secret Key field.

  5. Search for Feedspace and select it.
  6. In the App Event dropdown, select Submit Testimonial.
  7. Click Connect, select Add New Connection, enter a name in New Connection Name, paste your Automation Secret Key into the API Key field, then click Save.

Step 3: Map Notion fields to Feedspace

  1. Map each required Feedspace field to the corresponding Notion database property:
    • Name: Notion “Name” or “Full Name” property
    • Email: Notion “Email” property
    • Job Role: Notion “Role” or “Title” property
    • Company Name: Notion “Company” property
    • Star Rating: Notion “Rating” or “Stars” property
    • Testimonial Text: Notion “Testimonial” or “Feedback” property
  2. (Optional) Map a photo or avatar URL if your Notion database includes one.
  3. Click Test Step to verify the testimonial is created successfully in Feedspace.

Step 4: Save and activate the workflow

After a successful test, click Save. New items added to your Notion database will now automatically create testimonials in Feedspace.
