What is Automation in Feedspace?

Overview

Automation in Feedspace allows you to seamlessly connect your workspace with other tools and services. By leveraging the Feedspace API and automation features, you can:

• Integrate with 6000+ apps like Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord to receive instant notifications and updates.
• Enable data backups with Google Drive and Dropbox to keep your information safe and synced.
• Use Webhooks and APIs to streamline workflows, send data to external systems, and trigger custom actions automatically.

In short, automation helps reduce manual work, improve response time, and keep your team aligned with real-time updates.

Step 1 – Access Automation Settings

Go to your Feedspace Workspace, and from the left sidebar, click on Automation. Here, you’ll see tabs for Automation, API, and Webhook.

Step 2 – Copy Your Automation Secret Key

In the Automation tab, you’ll find an Automation Secret Key. This key is required to authenticate and connect Feedspace with external tools or custom integrations.

Step 3 – Set Up Notifications

Choose the platform where you want to receive updates:

• Slack → Connect to your workspace to receive real-time notifications.
• Telegram → Link your Telegram account for automated updates.
• Discord → Keep your server updated with new activities.
• WhatsApp → Get direct updates on your WhatsApp account.

Click Connect on the desired app and follow the authentication flow.

Step 4 – Configure Backups

To ensure your Feedspace data is always safe, you can enable automatic backups:

• Connect Google Drive for seamless data sync.
• Connect Dropbox for continuous backup storage.

Step 5 – Advanced Automation

If you want more control, use:

• API → Directly integrate Feedspace with your software system.
• Webhook → Send automated event data to any custom application.
