Overview
Each workspace in Feedspace keeps its own forms, pages, and reviews separate so your data stays organized per brand, client, or product. Forms and pages can be moved between workspaces, and specific reviews are moved for you by the Feedspace support team when you ask.
A common reason to move reviews comes up when you import or collect testimonials into one workspace and later decide they belong with a different service. For example, you might keep your podcast reviews in one workspace and want the rest grouped under a separate brand workspace so each one shows only its own testimonials.
What you can move
Forms and pages can be moved between your workspaces. Individual reviews are not moved from the dashboard yet, so to move specific reviews you send the request to the support team and they move them for you.
Steps to move reviews to another workspace
- Log in to your Feedspace dashboard and open the workspace that holds the reviews you want to move.
- Click Feedbox in the left sidebar and note which reviews you want to move and the workspace they should go to.
- Email support@feedspace.io, or use the in-app chat, and tell the team which reviews to move and the source and destination workspace.
- To make the reviews easy to identify, you can create a label such as Move to other workspace and apply it to those reviews, then mention that label in your message.
- The support team moves the reviews into the destination workspace and confirms once it is done.
