When you import Google reviews into Feedspace, all reviews sync across, including negative ones. You can’t remove the original review from Google (only the reviewer or Google can do that), but you can prevent a specific review from showing in your widgets and Wall of Love page. The review stays in your Feedbox but is hidden from public display.
Click Feedbox in the left sidebar. This is where all your collected and imported reviews live.
Use the search bar or filter by source (Google) to locate the review you want to hide. You can also filter by star rating to find low-rated reviews quickly.
Click Widgets in the left sidebar, then click the pencil icon on the widget where you don’t want the review to appear. In the Select Review tab, deselect the review by unchecking it. Click Save and Next. The review no longer appears in that widget.
You need to do this for each widget and Wall of Love page where you don’t want the review displayed. The deselection is per-widget, not global.
You can also delete the review from your Feedbox completely. This removes it from Feedspace and from all widgets, but it has no effect on the original Google review, which remains visible on Google.
To delete, open the review in your Feedbox and click Delete. If you don’t want it to reappear on the next auto-sync, deselecting it from widgets (as above) is the safer ongoing approach, since that setting persists through re-syncs.
If a review with inappropriate content has been removed from Google by the reviewer or by Google, the change syncs to Feedspace on the next auto-sync cycle. You don’t need to do anything manually for removals that originated on Google.
Deselecting a review in a widget’s Select Review tab only affects that widget. To hide the review from your Wall of Love page, open the Wall of Love editor, go to its review selection settings, and deselect the same review there.
Feedspace doesn’t support replying to Google reviews. To respond to a review, go directly to your Google Business Profile and reply from there. Your reply is visible on Google and doesn’t affect Feedspace.
