Does a Custom Domain Apply to All Workspaces in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 15, 2026

Custom Domain is Per Workspace

No. A custom domain in Feedspace applies only to the specific workspace where you set it up. It does not automatically apply to your other workspaces.

Each workspace is independent. You can configure a different custom domain for each one, or leave some workspaces on the default Feedspace URL while others use a branded domain.

Example

  • Workspace A: custom domain set to reviews.brand-a.com
  • Workspace B: no custom domain, uses feedspace.io/your-workspace-slug
  • Workspace C: custom domain set to testimonials.brand-c.com

All three workspaces are completely independent. Setting up or removing a domain in one workspace has no effect on the others.

How to Add a Custom Domain to a Workspace

  1. Switch to the workspace you want to configure.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Settings.
  3. Go to the Custom Domain tab.
  4. Enter your subdomain, add the CNAME record to your DNS provider, and wait for Feedspace to verify and activate SSL.

Repeat this process for each workspace that needs its own custom domain. For a full setup walkthrough, see How to Add a Custom Domain in Feedspace.

Common Questions

Can two workspaces use the same custom domain?

No. Each custom domain can only be connected to one workspace at a time. If you want two workspaces to use branded domains, you need two separate subdomains, for example reviews.yoursite.com and testimonials.yoursite.com.

If I remove a custom domain, does it affect my other workspaces?

No. Removing a custom domain from one workspace only affects that workspace. All other workspaces continue using their own domain configuration without any change.

Is a custom domain required to use Feedspace?

No. Custom domains are optional. Every workspace works fully with the default Feedspace URL. A custom domain only changes the URL your reviewers and visitors see, it does not affect any other features.
