How Do I Use the In-App Chat in Feedspace?

Overview

The in-app chat lets you reach the Feedspace support team without leaving your dashboard. A blue chat icon sits in the bottom right corner of every page. Click it to open the Messages panel and send your question directly to a real support person. Past conversations are saved so you can scroll back to earlier exchanges at any time.

How to Start a Chat

  1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
  2. Look for the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of any page inside your dashboard.
  3. Click the icon to open the Messages panel.
  4. The panel displays “Questions? Chat with us.” along with avatars of the Feedspace support team. These are real team members, not a bot. Typical response time is under 36 minutes.
  5. Click the Compose your message field, type your question, then press the send arrow or the Enter key to send it.
  6. You will receive a reply from the Feedspace team directly in the chat panel. Keep the browser tab open or check back later to see the response.

Attaching Files or Voice Messages

The compose bar includes two extra icons alongside the text field:

  • Attachment icon: Click to upload a file such as a screenshot or document to help explain your issue.
  • Audio icon: Click to record and send a voice message if you prefer to explain something verbally.

Common Questions

Is the chat handled by real people or a bot?

The chat connects you with real members of the Feedspace support team, as shown by the team member avatars in the Messages panel. You will not receive an automated bot reply.

Can I see my previous chat conversations?

Yes. Past conversations are stored in the Messages panel. Scroll up inside the panel to review earlier exchanges with the support team.

What if I close the tab before receiving a reply?

Your message is still sent and the team will reply. The next time you open the chat panel, the reply will be waiting for you in the conversation thread.
