1. Send an email to support@feedspace.io with the subject “GDPR Data Request”.
2. Include the email address associated with your account and describe what you are requesting: access, deletion, correction, or portability.
3. The Feedspace team will respond with next steps and a timeline for your request.

How to reduce the data your forms collect

If you want to limit the personal data your form requests, you can disable individual fields in the form editor:

1. Sign in to your Feedspace account at app.feedspace.io/signin and go to Forms in the left sidebar.
2. Click the Edit (pencil) icon on the form card. The form editor opens.
3. Click the User Details tab in the editor header.
4. Toggle off any fields you do not need, such as email, job role, or company name. Disabled fields will not appear on the public form.
5. Click Save and Next to save your changes.
