When importing customers into Feedspace, you can upload files in these formats:
The maximum file size is 5 MB. Files larger than this will be rejected.
Your file must include at least the email column. All other columns are optional:
Column names must match exactly as shown above. Extra columns in your file are ignored.
Check that the file is one of the three accepted formats and is smaller than 5 MB. Files saved in other formats, such as ODS or Google Sheets (unless exported as CSV or XLSX), will not be accepted.
If every row is skipped during import, the most common cause is a missing or incorrectly named email column. Make sure the column header is exactly email in lowercase.
