What Changes When You Update the Workspace URL

The workspace URL is the slug included in every review form link and wall of love page URL in your workspace. When you change it, all of those links update to use the new slug immediately. Any links or embeds that still use the old URL will stop working.

Before You Confirm the Change

When you click Save Changes after updating the workspace URL, Feedspace shows a confirmation modal before applying the change. The modal lists:

• The number of review forms that will be affected
• The number of wall of love pages that will be affected

Review this list carefully. Click Yes, Update URL to confirm or Cancel to go back without making the change.

What You Need to Update After Changing the URL

• Any review form links you have shared with customers by email, chat, or social media
• Any embedded review forms or wall of love widgets on your website
• Any QR codes pointing to your review form URL
• Any buttons or links in email signatures or marketing materials

Common Questions

Is there a redirect from the old URL to the new one?

No. Feedspace does not create automatic redirects when you change your workspace URL. Anyone who visits an old link will see an error or a not found page. You need to update all existing links manually.

Can I change the URL back to what it was before?

Yes, as long as the previous slug is not already taken by another workspace. You can update the workspace URL again from General Settings at any time.

Does changing the workspace URL affect my custom domain?

If you have a custom domain set up, the workspace URL change affects links on the feedspace.io domain. Links served through your custom domain may also be affected depending on how they are structured. Check your custom domain settings after making the change.
