When you downgrade your Feedspace plan, your account moves to a lower tier with reduced limits and features. Existing data (reviews, forms, workspaces) is not deleted, but some resources may become inaccessible if they exceed the limits of the new plan.
If you have more workspaces than the lower plan allows, the extra workspaces may become read-only or inaccessible until you reduce the number of workspaces or upgrade again. Your workspace data is not deleted.
If you have more active forms than the lower plan allows, some forms may be paused automatically. Existing collected reviews on those forms remain available in your Feedbox.
If your used storage exceeds the lower plan’s limit, you will not be able to collect new video or audio reviews until you free up space or upgrade again. Existing stored files are not deleted.
Features such as API access, webhook access, and custom domain support are only available on certain plans. After downgrading to a plan that does not include these features, they will stop working until you upgrade to a plan that includes them again.
All reviews already collected in your Feedbox remain accessible. Downgrading does not delete reviews.
Downgrading is handled through the Feedspace support team. Open the Plans tab from your profile menu, find the plan you want to move to, and click Downgrade. This opens a support chat where the team will guide you through the process.
Refund terms depend on your billing cycle and when you request the downgrade. Contact the Feedspace support team for details specific to your account.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the Plans tab. All your data and settings that were preserved during the downgrade will be accessible again immediately after upgrading.
