Removing a team member from your Feedspace workspace takes effect immediately. Here is exactly what changes and what stays the same.
As soon as you remove a team member, they can no longer open that workspace. Any page within the workspace they try to visit will redirect them away. There is no grace period after removal.
The removed member is signed out of that workspace on every device they were using. If they were actively working in the workspace at the moment of removal, they will lose access as soon as the page is next refreshed or a new action is attempted.
Removing a person does not delete anything they contributed. Reviews they collected, forms they created, widgets they configured, and any other content they added all remain exactly as they were. The workspace data is owned by the workspace, not by the individual member.
The removed member keeps their personal Feedspace account. If they belong to any other workspaces, they continue to have full access to those. Only access to the specific workspace from which they were removed is revoked.
Removal is not permanent. A workspace admin can send a new invitation to the same email address at any time. Once the person accepts the new invite, they regain access with whatever role the admin assigns.
Only workspace admins can remove team members. Editors and Viewers do not have permission to revoke access for others. The workspace owner cannot be removed from the workspace.
Feedspace does not send an automatic email to a member when their access is revoked. They will simply find they no longer have access the next time they try to visit the workspace.
Yes. Once a member is removed, the slot they occupied on your plan becomes available immediately. You can use that slot to invite a new team member without needing to upgrade your plan.
Yes. Your public Wall of Love page is visible to anyone with the link. Removing someone from the workspace only removes their ability to log in and manage it. It does not affect publicly accessible pages.
