What Is the Difference Between Deleting and Cancelling My Feedspace Account?

Feedspace offers two very different ways to end your relationship with a paid plan or the platform itself: cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. These are not the same action and the consequences are very different. Understanding the distinction before you act can save you from accidentally losing data you intended to keep, or from holding on to an account you wanted removed entirely.

What Cancelling Your Subscription Does

Cancelling your Feedspace subscription ends your paid plan at the close of the current billing period. It does not close your account and it does not remove any of your data. When the billing period expires your account moves automatically to the Free plan, and everything you have built stays exactly where it is.

After cancelling you will retain full access to:

  • All reviews and testimonials stored in your Feedbox
  • All review collection forms you have created
  • All widgets you have built and embedded
  • Your customer contact list
  • Your Wall of Love page

The only change is that premium features tied to your previous paid plan become unavailable once the billing period ends. Your data is safe and your account remains open. You can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off.

When to Choose Cancellation

  • You want to stop paying but may return to a paid plan in the future
  • You want to downgrade to the Free plan without losing any collected reviews
  • You need a break from a paid subscription while keeping your account and data intact

What Deleting Your Account Does

Deleting your Feedspace account is a permanent action. It removes your entire account and all the data associated with it from the platform. This includes every review, form, widget, customer record, Wall of Love page, and any other content you have created. Once the deletion is complete, none of this data can be recovered.

Account deletion must be requested through the Feedspace support chat. The support team processes the request and confirms when the deletion is complete. There is no self-service button for this action because it is irreversible.

  • You want all your personal data and content permanently erased from Feedspace servers
