Why Are My Branding Changes Not Showing in Feedspace?

Last updated on June 15, 2026

Common Reasons Branding Changes Do Not Appear

1. You did not click Save Changes

Branding changes do not save automatically. After uploading a logo, favicon, or updating a color, you must click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the Branding Assets page. If you navigated away without saving, your changes were not applied.

2. Your browser is showing a cached version

After saving, do a hard refresh to clear your browser cache. On Windows press Ctrl + Shift + R. On Mac press Cmd + Shift + R. This forces the browser to load the latest version of the page with your new branding.

3. The upload did not complete

If you uploaded a logo or favicon and closed the page immediately, the upload may not have finished. Go back to Settings and then Branding Assets and check if the logo or favicon thumbnail is showing. If it is blank, upload the file again and wait for it to appear before clicking Save Changes.

4. The file format was not accepted

Feedspace only accepts image files for logos and favicons. If you tried to upload a PDF, SVG document, or other non-image file and the upload was silently rejected, the previous asset (or no asset) remains. Try again with a JPG or PNG file.

5. Individual forms have local overrides

Workspace branding applies by default, but individual review forms may have their own color or logo overrides set at the form level. If a form is showing the old branding despite workspace changes, check the form’s own settings for any overrides and clear them.

Still Not Working?

Try opening your review form or wall of love page in a private or incognito browser window. This bypasses the browser cache completely and shows the latest version. If it looks correct in incognito, the issue is browser caching on your regular session.

If the changes still do not appear after trying all the above steps, contact Feedspace support and share a screenshot of your Branding Assets settings and the page where the changes are not showing.
