If you have reviews sitting in your Feedbox but one or more of them are not appearing in your widget, you are in the right place. A review being present in your Feedbox is only the first step, and there are a few specific conditions that control whether it shows up in any given widget.
Feedspace widgets are intentional by design: only reviews you have actively chosen will appear in a widget. This gives you precise control over what your visitors see, and it means that a review will never show up in a widget by accident. The three situations below cover every reason a specific review might currently be absent from your widget.
Every widget in Feedspace has a Select Reviews tab. A review only appears in a widget when it has been explicitly ticked there. Reviews added to your Feedbox after the widget was created are not selected automatically, so they will not appear until you add them.
Click the pencil (edit) icon on your widget to open the editor, go to the Select Reviews tab, locate the review you want to include, and tick its checkbox. Save the widget, and the review will appear right away.
Feedspace lets you set automation rules on a widget so that reviews are added or excluded based on criteria such as star rating, source platform, or keyword. When automation is turned on for a widget, any review that does not satisfy all of the active filter criteria will be left out automatically, even if the review is present in your Feedbox.
Click the pencil (edit) icon on your widget to open the editor, then check the automation or filter settings. You can either update the filter criteria to include the review, or go to the Select Reviews tab and manually tick the review to add it alongside the automated selections.
The Company Logo Slider widget is purpose-built to display company logos next to testimonials. If a reviewer’s profile does not have a company logo attached, the widget cannot render that entry as intended and will skip it to keep the slider visually consistent.
Open the review in your Feedspace review list and upload a company logo to that reviewer’s profile. Once a logo is in place, the review becomes eligible to appear in your Company Logo Slider. Alternatively, if you want to display all reviews regardless of whether a logo is present, a Carousel or Masonry widget will include those reviews without any logo requirement.
The number of reviews you can select for a single widget can depend on your plan. When a limit applies, the selected count in the Select Reviews tab header shows it as a ratio, for example 3/10. Once you reach that number, ticking another review or clicking Select All opens an upgrade prompt instead of adding the review. If a review you want is missing and you are already at the limit, deselect one you no longer need to free up a slot, or move to a plan with a higher count.
