Where Are All My Reviews? Getting Started with Feedbox in Feedspace

Overview

Feedbox is your central hub inside Feedspace where every review you have ever collected whether from forms, imported from platforms, or added manually appears together in one list. If you are wondering where your reviews went or how to access them all, Feedbox is the answer.

How to Open Feedbox

  1. Log in to your Feedspace account.
  2. Look at the left sidebar and find the Manage section.
  3. Click Feedbox: it is the first item under Manage.
  4. All your reviews appear in a list showing reviewer name, date, source platform, and a preview of the review.

What You Can Do Inside Feedbox

  • Search: find a specific review by name or keyword.
  • Filter: narrow reviews by type, platform, sentiment, star rating, or form.
  • Export: download your reviews.
  • Bulk select: perform actions on multiple reviews at once.
  • Favorite: heart a review to save it for quick access later.
  • Three-dot menu: edit, duplicate, translate, send thanks, or manage labels on any review.

Tips

  • The icon on each review card shows which platform that review came from.
  • Click View More on any card to read the full review text.
  • Use filters and search together for the most precise results.
