Why You See a Team Member Limit
Each Feedspace plan has a maximum number of team members you can invite to a workspace. When you reach that limit, the Invite button will be disabled and you may see a message saying “You’ve reached your team member limit.”
The current member count is shown in the Team Members tab as “(X/Y members)” where X is the number of members you have and Y is the maximum allowed on your plan.
How to Fix This
Option 1: Remove an existing team member
If a team member no longer needs access, revoking their access frees up a slot. Go to Settings and then Team Members, find the member to remove, and click the delete icon in their row to revoke access.
Option 2: Upgrade your plan
If you need more team member slots than your current plan allows, upgrade to a higher plan. The upgrade CTA is shown in the Team Members section when you have reached the limit.
Common Questions
Do pending invitations count toward the limit?
Yes. A team member whose status shows Sent (pending invitation) still occupies a slot on your plan. If they have not accepted but you want to free up the slot, revoke their access and the slot becomes available again.
I removed a member but still cannot invite anyone
Refresh the Team Members page after revoking access. The member count should update and the Invite button should become available once you are below the plan limit.
