Why Won’t My Feedspace Form Save?

Last updated on June 18, 2026

Overview

When you make changes in the Feedspace form editor and click Save and Next, the button sometimes shows a Pending badge and the changes never complete. This is frustrating, especially after working on form design settings. The issue is almost always caused by a browser extension interfering with the save request, a browser cache holding a stale session, or a brief network hiccup. The steps below resolve it in most cases.

Steps to fix a form that won’t save

Step 1: Try a hard refresh

Press Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows or Command+Shift+R on Mac to force the browser to reload Feedspace without the cache. Then open your form again and try saving.

Step 2: Open an incognito or private window

Open a new incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N on Chrome, Command+Shift+N on Mac) and log in to Feedspace there. Incognito windows disable most extensions and use a fresh session. If the form saves correctly in incognito, a browser extension on your main session is causing the issue.

Step 3: Disable browser extensions

Ad blockers, privacy tools, and VPN extensions are the most common culprits. In your main browser window, open the extensions panel and disable all extensions. Then reload Feedspace and try saving. If it works, re-enable extensions one at a time to identify which one was interfering, then add app.feedspace.io to that extension’s allowlist.

Step 4: Clear browser cache and cookies

Corrupted cached data can prevent save requests from completing. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies for feedspace.io:

  • Chrome: open Settings, then Privacy and security, then Clear browsing data. Check Cached images and files and Cookies and other site data, then click Clear data.
  • Firefox: open Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Cookies and Site Data, then click Clear Data.
  • Safari: open the Develop menu, then click Empty Caches (enable the Develop menu in Safari Advanced preferences first).

Log back in to Feedspace after clearing and try the save again.

Step 5: Try a different browser

If none of the above steps work, open Feedspace in a different browser entirely (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari all work). If saving works there, the issue is specific to your first browser’s configuration.

If the form still won’t save

If you’ve tried all the steps above across multiple browsers and the form consistently gets stuck on Pending, the issue may be a bug on the Feedspace side. Contact support@feedspace.io with the following details: your workspace name, which form you’re editing, which section or setting you’re trying to save, and which browser and operating system you’re using. A screenshot or screen recording of the Pending state helps the team investigate quickly.

What’s next

Once saving is working again, you can finish customizing your form. See How Do I Choose Which Fields to Collect on My Feedspace Review Form? for guidance on the field settings.

Common questions

Why isn’t the review order saving when I click Save and Next?

This is a known issue reported by some users where reordering testimonials in a form section doesn’t persist after clicking Save and Next. If this is happening to you, report it to support@feedspace.io with a description of the steps so the engineering team can investigate.

What should I do if a reviewer’s video upload gets stuck?

This is a separate issue from the form design save. If a reviewer’s video upload gets stuck on the submit page, it could be a slow connection, a browser issue on the reviewer’s end, or a file format problem. Ask the reviewer to try a different browser or a smaller/shorter video file. Contact support@feedspace.io if it happens consistently.
