Required fields guarantee you receive the contact details and information you need from every reviewer, every time. Feedspace lets you mark any enabled field as required so your testimonial library is always complete and actionable.
Each standard field (Name, Email, Job Role, Company Name, Contact Number) has an enable toggle. Turn the toggle on for any field you want to collect. A field must be enabled before it can be made required.
Once a field is enabled, a Required toggle appears next to it. Turn it on to make the field mandatory. The reviewer will see a validation error if they try to submit without filling in that field.
Custom fields also have a Required toggle. Scroll down to your custom fields and enable the toggle for any that must be answered.
Click Save. Required field rules take effect immediately for all new submissions.
