Can I Import Reviews from Podcast Platforms into Feedspace?

Yes, Feedspace can import listener reviews from podcast platforms. Apple Podcasts and Castbox are supported through the Automated Import feature. You paste your podcast show URL and Feedspace fetches the listener reviews automatically.

This is useful for podcasters who want to display listener feedback and five-star reviews as testimonials on their website, alongside reviews they receive through other channels.

How to import Apple Podcasts reviews

1. Sign in at app.feedspace.io/signin and click Import in the left sidebar under the Collect section.
2. Click the Automated Import tab at the top of the page.
3. Paste your Apple Podcasts show URL into the input field. Feedspace detects the platform automatically.
4. Click the action button that appears (for example, Fetch Reviews). Feedspace loads available listener reviews.
5. Check the reviews you want to import. You can use Select All to select every available review, or click individual rows to pick specific ones.
6. Click Import Review in the sticky bar at the bottom of the screen. A confirmation screen appears once the import is complete.

How to import Castbox reviews

The steps for Castbox follow the same flow. Go to Import, open the Automated Import tab, paste your Castbox podcast URL, and Feedspace will detect the platform and show the available reviews to import. Select the ones you want and click Import Review.

Once your podcast reviews are imported, they appear in your Feedbox alongside all other reviews in your workspace. You can add them to a Wall of Love page or a widget to display listener testimonials on your website. Imported podcast reviews work exactly like any other review type in Feedspace.
