How to Bulk Import Reviews in Feedspace

Overview

If you have multiple reviews saved in a spreadsheet, Feedspace allows you to import them all at once using the Bulk Import feature. This makes it quick and easy to upload reviews in bulk instead of adding them one by one.

Step 1 – Navigate to Bulk Import

  1. Log in to your Feedspace Account.
  2. From the left sidebar, go to Import Reviews.
  3. Under Self Import, click on Bulk Import.

Step 2 – Download the Template

  • Click Download Template to get the CSV/Excel format.
  • This ensures your data matches the required structure for Feedspace import.

Step 3 – Fill Out Your File

  • Add all review details (name, role, company, review text, ratings, etc.) into the template.
  • Save the file in CSV or Excel format.

Step 4 – Upload Your File

  1. In the Bulk Import section, upload your file by:
    • Dragging and dropping the file, or
    • Clicking Browse to select it from your computer.
  2. Make sure the file size is under 10 MB.

Step 5 – Import Reviews

  • Click Import Reviews.
  • All your reviews will be instantly added to your Feedspace account.

That’s it! With bulk import, you can upload hundreds of reviews at once, saving you time and effort.
