How to Self Import a Text Review in Feedspace

Overview

The Self Import Text Review feature in Feedspace lets you manually add reviews from customers into your workspace. This is useful when:

• You receive reviews via email, chat, or offline.
• You want to add testimonials collected outside integrated platforms.
• You want full control over review details (photo, job title, rating, etc.).

This ensures all your customer feedback is visible in one place and can be showcased in widgets or on your Wall of Love.

Step 1 – Navigate to Import Reviews

1. Log in to your Feedspace Account.
2. From the left-hand menu, click Collect → Import.
3. Choose Import Text Review.

Step 2 – Fill in Reviewer Information

• Photo – Upload the reviewer’s image (max size 15 MB). This will be visible on the Wall of Love.
• Name – Enter the reviewer’s name (e.g., Henry Ford).
• Email – Add the reviewer’s email (this is private and will not appear on public pages).
• Job Role – Mention the reviewer’s position (e.g., CEO).
• Company – Add the company name (e.g., Ford).
• Star Rating – Choose a rating between 1 (lowest) and 5 (highest).

Step 3 – Add Review Content

• Review Text – Paste or write the review/testimonial text.
• Upload Review Image (Optional) – Add any supporting image (max size 15 MB).
• Review Website URL (Optional) – Insert the original review link (e.g., Product Hunt, Google, etc.).
• Review Website Logo (Optional) – Upload the platform logo (max size 15 MB).

Step 4 – Save the Review

1. Review all the details you entered.
2. Click “Import Text Review” to import the review into your Feedspace account.
3. The review will now be available to display on your Wall of Love and in Widgets.
