Downloading a review saves the original video or audio file from your Feedbox to your computer. The file comes straight from the review a customer recorded, so you keep the full-quality source rather than a screen capture or a link.
You’ll want this when you’re building something outside Feedspace with a real customer clip, a paid ad, a sales deck, a video email, or a social post, and you need the actual file to drop into your editor.
You can also open the review in the detail view and use the same Download option in its dropdown menu. The download works the same way for audio reviews.
If you want a tighter clip before you download, you can trim a video review in Feedspace first. To turn the review into a branded image or social graphic instead of using the raw file, head to Creative Space.
