How Do I Mark a Review as a Favourite in Feedspace?

Overview

Feedspace lets you mark any review as a favourite straight from Feedbox by clicking the heart on its card. Filtering Feedbox by that heart brings the marked reviews back together later, which is how you pull your strongest testimonials into a widget or a Wall of Love page.

Steps to mark a review as a favourite

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Find the review you want to favourite.
  3. Click the heart icon on the review card. The heart fills red to confirm the review is now marked as a favourite.

Unmark a favourite

To remove a review from your favourites, click the heart icon again. The heart returns to its hollow state and the review is no longer marked as a favourite.

Favourite several reviews at once

Click the Select Reviews icon to the right of the Search box, tick each review you want, and a dark bar appears along the bottom of the screen. Click Favorite in that bar and confirm, and all of them are marked in one go. Unfavorite in the same bar takes a batch back off the list.

Find all your favourite reviews

The heart is one of the options in the Feedbox filter, so you can bring every favourite back into one list:

  1. In Feedbox, click the filter icon (the sliders icon) to the right of the Search box.
  2. Under Review Type, click the heart icon.
  3. Click Apply. Feedbox will show only the reviews you have marked as favourites.

Tips

  • Heart your best reviews as they arrive, so the shortlist is ready before you start building a widget or a Wall of Love page.
  • Stack the heart with the other filters in the same panel, such as 4, 5 Stars or a single form, to get to your strongest reviews in one step.

Common questions

Do my customers see which reviews I have favourited?

No. The heart is yours alone. It sorts reviews inside Feedbox and never appears on a page, a widget, or anywhere a visitor can see.

Does favouriting a review put it on my Wall of Love?

No, those are two separate steps. Favouriting marks a review for yourself; to publish one, use Add to Page / Widget from its three-dot menu.
