How Do I Mark a Review as a Favourite in Feedspace?

Overview

Feedspace lets you mark any review as a favourite directly from Feedbox. Favourited reviews are easy to find later using the Favourites filter, making it simple to pull together your best testimonials when building widgets or wall of love pages.

Mark a Review as a Favourite

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Find the review you want to favourite.
  3. Click the star icon on the review card. The star turns filled and highlighted to confirm the review is now marked as a favourite.

Unmark a Favourite

To remove a review from your favourites, click the star icon again. The star returns to its unfilled state and the review is no longer marked as a favourite.

Mark Multiple Reviews as Favourites

You can mark as many reviews as you like as favourites at once. Simply click the star icon on each review card you want to favourite without leaving Feedbox.

Find All Your Favourite Reviews

Once you have marked reviews as favourites, use the Favourites filter in Feedbox to view them all in one place:

  1. In Feedbox, click the Filters button at the top right.
  2. Under Review Type, select Favourite.
  3. Click Apply. Feedbox will show only the reviews you have marked as favourites.

Tips

  • Favourite your highest-quality reviews before building a widget or wall of love page so they are ready to select.
  • The star icon is visible directly on the review card, so you do not need to open the full review to mark it.
  • Combine the Favourites filter with other filters, such as star rating or review type, to narrow down your best reviews further.
