In Feedspace, reviews are not a public comment thread, so there is no reply that gets posted on the review itself. When you want to respond to a reviewer, you reach out privately using Send Thanks in Feedbox, which emails them a short thank you video from you.
A customer leaves you five stars and a paragraph about your support team. Forty seconds on your webcam saying their name and thanking them lands in their inbox, and it reads as a person rather than an autoresponder. The video is the message here, so every Send Thanks carries one.
Open Feedbox from the left sidebar under Manage. All your collected and imported reviews are listed here.
Scroll through the list or use the Search box to locate the review. You can search by reviewer name or by a keyword from the review text.
Click the three-dot menu on the review card, or the same menu in the Review Details window, then click Send Thanks. A panel slides in from the right, headed Send Thanks.
If the review came with the reviewer’s address, it is already sitting in Reviewer Email as a chip. Add more people by typing an address and pressing Enter, up to five in total, and remove any of them with the cross on the chip.
Under Thank You Video, either click Click to upload to pick a file you already have, or click Record a video to film one on the spot, up to a minute long. Feedspace takes MP4, WebM, or MOV files up to 100 MB. The video plays back in the panel once it is attached, and you can swap it out before sending.
Once the video is attached, an EMAIL PREVIEW appears below it showing the email as the reviewer will receive it: a short thank you note with a link to watch your video. When it looks right, click Send Message. Cancel closes the panel without sending.

It waits for two things: at least one recipient address, and a video. Add both and it turns blue.
The recipient field opens empty. Type in a valid address you have for them and the message goes there instead.
