In Feedspace, reviews are not a public comment thread, so there is no reply that gets posted on the review itself. When you want to respond to a reviewer, you reach out to them privately by email using the Send Thanks action in Feedbox.
This is the right tool when a customer leaves a great review and you want to thank them personally, answer a question, or follow up. The message goes straight to the reviewer’s inbox, and you can attach a short personalized video to make it feel more genuine.
Open Feedbox from the left sidebar under Manage. All your collected and imported reviews are listed here.
Scroll through the list or use the Search bar to locate the review. You can search by reviewer name or a keyword from the review text.
Click the three-dot menu on the review card, or open the review and use the dropdown in the detail view, then click Send Thanks. The Send Thanks panel opens on the right side of your screen.
If the reviewer’s email is available, it is added automatically. You can add up to 5 recipient emails by typing an email and pressing Enter, and remove any recipient by clicking the cross next to it.
Click Upload Video to attach a short personalized video (MP4, WebM, or MOV, up to 100 MB). You can preview it before sending and remove it if needed.
Use the preview to check how your message will look to the reviewer, then click Send. A confirmation appears once the message is delivered to the reviewer’s inbox.

No. Send Thanks delivers your message by email only. It is not posted on the review and is not visible to anyone other than the recipients you add.
If no email was captured with the review, the recipient field is empty. Type a valid email address into the recipient field to send your message.
