Overview

If you have imported reviews from external platforms like Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, or others and want to download them all as a spreadsheet, the Export all Imported Reviews option in Feedbox handles that with one click.

Steps

Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
Click the Export icon at the top right of the Reviews list (document with arrow icon).

The Export Reviews dialog opens.
Under Export all Imported Reviews, click the Export button.

An Excel file containing all your imported reviews will download to your device.

Tips

This export includes reviews from all connected platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, and others) in a single file.
If you only want to export reviews collected through your Feedspace forms, use the Export Reviews by Form option in the same dialog.
The exported file is useful for reporting, sharing with stakeholders, or keeping an offline backup of your reviews.
