How to Perform Bulk Operations in Feedspace

Overview

Managing multiple reviews one by one can be time-consuming. Feedspace makes it easy to take actions on several reviews at once with the Bulk Operation feature.

Step 1 Go to Feedbox

  • Open the Feedbox from the left sidebar to view all your reviews.

Step 2 Select Reviews

  • Click the Select Reviews button in the top right to turn on selection mode.
  • Tick the checkbox on each review you want to include.
  • To select every review in the list at once, click Select All.

Step 3 Choose Bulk Action

Once reviews are selected, a batch action panel appears at the bottom of the screen with these options:

  • Label: assign or remove labels on the selected reviews.
  • Favorite: mark the selected reviews as favorites.
  • Unfavorite: remove the favorite from the selected reviews.
  • Delete: remove the selected reviews from Feedspace.

Step 4 Confirm Action

  • Click your chosen action in the batch panel. Label, Favorite, and Unfavorite apply to all selected reviews right away.
  • If you choose Delete, a confirmation appears. Click the confirm button to remove all selected reviews.
