How to Use Sentiment in Feedspace

Last updated on May 21, 2026

Overview

Feedspace automatically analyzes each review and assigns a sentiment tag — Positive, Neutral, or Negative — based on the review’s content. This helps you quickly understand the overall tone of your reviews without reading each one individually.

Step 1 – Go to Feedbox

  • Log in to your Feedspace account.
  • From the left sidebar, click on Feedbox to view all your reviews.

Step 2 – View the Sentiment Tag on a Review

Each review in your Feedbox displays a sentiment label:

  • Positive – Happy, favorable feedback
  • Neutral – Balanced or mixed reviews
  • Negative – Critical or unhappy reviews

The sentiment is assigned automatically by Feedspace based on the review text.

Step 3 – Filter Reviews by Sentiment

  • Click the Filters button in the top-right corner of Feedbox.
  • Under the Sentiments Filter section, select Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
  • Click Apply to update your view.
  • Click Clear to reset all filters.

Step 4 – Use Sentiment to Curate Your Best Reviews

  • Use the Positive filter to find your strongest testimonials.
  • Add those reviews to your Wall of Love or Widgets to showcase the best feedback on your website.
