What Reviewer Information Can I Edit in Feedspace?

Overview

After a review is collected or imported, you can update the reviewer information directly from the Review Details panel in Feedbox. This is useful when reviewer details are incomplete, outdated, or need enrichment before showcasing the review.

What You Can Edit

  • Reviewer Email: update or add the reviewer email address.
  • Job Role: add or edit the reviewer job title or role.
  • Company: add or edit the reviewer company name.
  • Company URL: add a link to the reviewer company website.
  • Company Logo: upload a company logo (up to 15 MB).
  • Social Media Profiles: add X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube profile links.

Steps

  1. Open Feedbox from the sidebar under Manage.
  2. Find the review whose details you want to update.
  3. Click the three-dot menu on the review card and select View Details.

4. In the right panel, update any of the fields listed above.

5.Save the changes.

Tips

  • Complete reviewer profiles make testimonials more credible on Wall of Love pages and widgets.
  • Adding a company logo and job role is especially impactful for B2B use cases.
  • You can edit reviewer details on both imported reviews and form-collected reviews.
