In the Media Review section, find Capture Comment with Media and toggle it on. A text input field appears in the form preview below the media recording buttons.
A placeholder text input appears below the toggle. Replace the default hint text with your own prompt (e.g., “What did you enjoy most about the product?”). This text is shown inside the comment field before the reviewer starts typing.
Click Save & Next. The comment field now appears on the form whenever a reviewer selects a media recording option.
The comment field is optional by default. Reviewers can submit their media recording without filling it in. There is no required toggle for this specific field.
