Scroll down in the Capture Review settings panel to find the Allow users to comment section. A placeholder text field is shown below it.
Click the placeholder field and replace the default text with your own prompt. For example: “What specific feature did you find most useful?” or “Tell us how our product helped you.” A focused prompt gets more specific, useful responses than a generic one.
Click Save & Next. The comment area appears on the form for all new visitors.
