Yes. The title and description at the top of your Feedspace review form capture page are both fully editable. The title (default: “Share Your Experience”) is the main heading reviewers see first. The description below it gives them context about what you are asking them to do. Both are set in the Capture Review tab.
Find the Title field at the top of the settings panel. The default is “Share Your Experience”. Replace it with your own heading, for example, “How Has Our Product Helped You?” or “Tell Us About Your Experience”. Maximum length is 128 characters.
Below the title is the Description field, which uses a rich text editor. Use it to give reviewers context, instructions, or reassurance about the process. The toolbar supports bold, italic, underline, ordered lists, and bullet lists.
Click Save & Next. The updated title and description are visible on the live form immediately.
Yes. The title field is required. If you clear it, you will see a validation error and the form cannot be saved until a title is entered.
Yes. In the Settings tab under Language Customization, select a language and click Translate. Feedspace automatically translates the title, description, and all other form text. This is a Premium feature.
